It's simple, really. He came back to his old job because they offered him more money to do it than he was making at CPS. He stands to make as much as $300K a year with incentives.

He left SAPD in the first place for more money. CPS offered $10K more per year and it was probably a much simpler gig.

Cory Wells, 74, founding member of Three Dog Night, has died from an unknown cause. He died at home in Dunkirk, NY. I still listen to their music.....
