Please give me some names of companies that are hiring for newly licensed oil field drivers in southwest Texas. I will be getting my CDL-A license shortly and my wife and I are wanting to move to that area.
Please Help! Thank You

If you pick up the newspaper on Sunday, Job-Finder or whatever that paper is called, and Employment Guide; you'll see a lot of companies hiring. You missed out on several job fairs here in San Antonio and in Floresville. They were advertised in the San Antonio Express News.

Don't just look in the Eagle Ford areas. This article says there are trucking jobs in the San Antonio area, too. You may be able to snap up one of the jobs that local drivers left behind after they left for Eagle Ford.

Yeah thanks.
As a newly licensed driver, I'll keep my eyes peeled for future job fairs as well as for local Texas newspaper listings. I do know there are plenty of oilfield truck driver jobs both in sourh and west Texas. Thanks for mentioning the San Antonio area paper too.
If any of you out there can give me any suggestions as to where to look for the Odessa/Midland/San Angelo areas, I would also appreciate the help!
