IMO, John Gerard was an improvement. It's Steve Browne on KSAT who I can't stand.
Steve Browne is the best! The #2 guy there needs to work on his accuracy, though. Before it got to 110 this summer, Honore said that it would only be 103. He also disputed the late afternoon cloudcover that the computer forecasted. The machine was correct.

I'd rank the weather guys in this order: 1. Browne, 2. Taylor, and 3. Gerard.

I've seen local news all over the country and most of them are of the caliber that we have here.

The new Christmas commercials for WOAI are pretty funny! Elsa Ramon lip-syncing to "Santa Baby" is also extremely hot. That's one good-lookin' gal! Anyway, I love how silly and fun the people on Channel 4 are!

I dare you to watch FOX News at 9 and see if they can get through the newscast w/o any errors. It'll be something that goes wrong. It always does!

I've been in other cities where the news coverage was far worse. I did like Austin's news coverage better than the coverage we have here in SA.
