So what will the ramifications be? It's not like they can do anything to a person proven

What do you do if a shady officer misrepresents the field sobriety test or if the breathalyzer is inaccurate? At that point, wouldn't someone want their blood to be drawn to disprove the officer's findings? Wasn't there a judge who said an SAPD officer exaggerated his behavior when pulled over and a video at the police station showed him acting completely the opposite as the officer reported? I don't know if he was lying or not because he did refuse to take a breath test, but it could happen.

Try doing some of those sobriety tests when you're completely sober. They're designed to make everyone look like an idiot. I wouldn't take them under any circumstances and my truck will still start even if I don't have a valid license.

Only way to beat a charge is to not get a charge in the first place. That is common sense which some folks do not have in these parts.
