1221 Broadway & New Years Eve (rooftop, live, parties)

Hi all,

For any residents of 1221 Broadway, or for those who have friends that live there, is anyone aware of who is throwing the party on the rooftop deck/party room on NYE?

My boyfriend and I were planning on having a small party there ourselves, but since we are not able to "rent it out" on holidays, all events are supposedly "open events."

So when we called the second time to see if there was a limit to how many people we could have up there, they told us someone else is planning a party. We are looking to find out who this person is so we can possibly coordinate and combine the parties or something to that affect. New friends!
