I passed by at 2:30 Sharp & it looked like they had just cleared it off the 281 north lanes, but the traffic jam was insane. I went out of my way to check: it's bumper to bumper all the way down to Brook Hollow, just before the beginning of rush hour. Just a warning to anyone using that route. best of luck!

My wife and I were headed southbound on 281 at the time and witnessed the wreck. It was a huge "WTF" moment for us, since the SUV that caused the wreck seemed to just inexplicably turn hard to the left, toward oncoming traffic. It was pretty nuts. Then yesterday, I drove past 3 cars sitting there after wrecking on southbound 281 between Redland and Sonterra in the early afternoon. In the early evening, I drove past a small wreck on LP-1604 westbound between the Lockhill-Selma and Military Hwy exits, and then another on the eastbound side around Bitters. Yikes! I feel lucky to have not been involved in any of these!

I have noticed this past week there has been more accidents than usual. Wonder if it is because there are more drivers out or people driving drunk early.
