My mother-in-law had some electrical work done on her home some years back where she needed CPS to approve the work. We cannot locate the document that CPS signed off on, giving their approval of this work. Does anyone know if these records are kept online or if records are even kept on file at CPS where a copy could be requested? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

CPS is the best person to ask. Go to a service center with the information and ask for a search. Don't try calling, that's a waste of time.

Yep...tried calling and it is a waste of time. Going to a service center is a bit problematic at this time. I live out-of-state and my MIL is unable to get around much by herself.
