What's the deal? They cleared land, they stopped for a while, they put some pipes down, they stopped again. Blah, blah, blah....Anything going in there now that they destroyed the land? Did they run out of money?

Have no idea. Might be a question of money. There is a new restaurant out in Cibolo called Cielito Station.Don't know if that's open yet,but they are supposed to be hiring.Anyhow, they too stopped work for awhile, and now it's finished. Maybe however was building this place out there ran out of money,or some of the backers did.

They're not out of money. They've already got tenants lined up. Probably just permitting stuff. I've heard of a super target and/or lowes. Not sure.

Cvs sign just went up in the past couple days, they are framing out the area. Anyone know what else is going into this place? I've been looking online but can't find much. I'm impatient and would like to know.

More shopping wouldn't have been needed there if the government hadn't allowed thousands of homes and a golf resort to be built directly north of there. That was the bigger outrage for people concerned about the aquifer, IMO. This is just a by-product of that development.
