I was in California over spring break and for the second time in my life ate at In and Out. My first time was in 2007 and was not very impressed. However, this time I couldn't get enough. In my opinion, it is better than whataburger.

Anything is better than a Whataburger. I wish they were good, but every time I've gone to a Whataburger, they've always been very dry.

Default WhataBurger is Yummo

I am in Houston. I have driven to Dallas to visit and well... In and Out was part of the plan. I do hope In and Out comes to SA and Houston. If you have not had it just try it. I honestly think its the best simple burger out there. I get by on WhataBurger until I can get my fave again.

Agreed, stating they are better than Whataburger isn't exactly high praise!

In my opinion, the locals in San Antonio have a very skewed view of what good food is. Also, the locals get incredibly defensive whenever something new and/or different is introduced into their society AND that includes new restaurant options.

No kidding! They think their Tex-Mex is the greatest thing on earth. Tex-Mex is no where as good as Authetic New Mexican Cuisine. Not even in the same ballpark. Whataburger is garbage that will put weight on you quick and makes you feel bloated when you eat it.
