Cibolo is a very good area with good schools.

Cibolo is also right next to Schertz. They're basically interchangeable. Schertz is another really nice suburb of San Antonio.

City of Schertz

Cibolo is ranked 77th in the nation as one of the best towns to live in. No other city/town in the San Antonio area was in the top 100

Yes, the Schertz/Cibolo area is a good place to live but you need a vehicle
because nothing is within walking distance out here.

That's not right. Many in my neighborhood (Northcliffe/Scenic Hills) worked at Ft Sam. It's an easy commute if you get off of 35 and take 78 in. Just have to understand there are A LOT OF COPS either route. I'd say the tickets flow like water but there is a water shortage right now.

Back to the OP...

This is a great area. Schertz/Cibolo/UC school district is great. If you're in the Comal County section of Schertz, you will be in Comal ISD which, IMHO, is even better. This is a great area with quick access to alot of great activities, all the shopping is 15 minutes north or south on I-35. And the taxes/insurance rates for both Home/Car are lower than San Antonio proper.
