Default club in the quarry early 2000s

Does anyone remember a club in the quarry that was popular in the early 2000s? I used to got there a lot! There was a nice big patio in the back, and many bands played in the front room where there was a stage. I think it was only open for about 3-4 years or less. I saw quiet riot there in 2001 when Kevin Dubrow was still alive! If anyone knows please let me know! Ive been trying to remember the name of it all day.lol

I've forgotten to mention Mendiola's Ballroom out 35 south by Von Ormy. Country western in the early 70's with an indoor balcony that went all the way around.

I remember Chaps Ladies night on Wednesdays. It was worth the trip cross town.

I call my uncle and asked about the one down on Militasy and Pleasanton (around there), he said it was Chaps. Does anyone remeber other ones from back in the day???
Do you or anyone else remember a murder that took place out front of the Chaps Nightclub? It would have been in 1984. A husband shot his wife 5 times while being shot at by a deputy sheriff.
