I was wondering...after I mow and edge my lawn, there is always a little grass debris on the sidewalk and driveway of course. =Nothing major, but just some shavings that I use a blower to blow away.

Is it bad etiquette to blow that into the street or should I blow it back into my lawn?

Blow it back onto the lawn. If it is in the street, you are littering. It will also blow into your neighbors yard, your yard, and stick in the gutter. The grass will start to grow in the gutter of the sidewalk.
The main thing is I hate the nasty look of grass in the street. Keep it neat and clean. Looks better on you

Blow it back into your lawn. It's good for it.
If you blow into the street, you should sweep it, bag and dispose in your trash bin.
Otherwise it will end on other people yards or driveways - not nice....

It also contributes to sedimentation of the local creek and increases flood risk over time.

Definitely blow grass clippings back onto grass.

Our house is on a reverse cul-de-sac and everything blows onto one corner of my front lawn. All year I get large tree leaves (about 3" x 6") from a neighbors house about 6 houses down the street. Maybe one of these days I'll put them in a big bag and leave them on their porch.

good idea. We have a neighbor who is out there 2 or 3 times a day blowing leaves into the street. Used to be a real stickler about bagging everything I swept, but now I wonder why the heck I'm bagging all her leaves -- particularly after we have to listen to her horrible leaf blower all day long. Now I just sweep it back her way sometimes.

Yeah, I figured it would be better to blow it back into the lawn. Will do.
