I'm currently having many concerns/issues with my current pool Contractor, Moderator cut: see comment. The gunite steps into the pool aren't done by specifications and would like recommendations...thank you.

Moderator cut: orphaned If you're looking for recommendations, folks can send them via DM.

What I'd recommend is calling an inspector and asking if they inspect pools, or specialize in them. They may be able to do an inspection to tell you whether your fears are unfounded or legit. If they're legit, make sure your pool contractor stops work immediately and either fixes the problems immediately, or look to hire someone else to fix it. Make sure that you go through your contract thoroughly and document everything in writing and with pics, because the last thing you want is for that pool guy to put a vendor's lien on your home over non-payment.

Continue to hang here; I've seen recommendations for swimming pools here.
