I have tried commercial weed killers, bleach, vinegar, other home remedies but they still thrive.
Anyone have success with something?

Get weed killer with a pre-emergent. Regular roundup will neutralize when it hits the ground, killing only the weed there, but not affecting the soil. If it's got a pre-emergent it should make it so that the soil in that area won't support new growth for a while.

Fix the crack before it worsens, and it will. Ideally, use a grinder to follow the crack and coat with a latex primer for adhesion. Then use a concrete crack fill which also contains latex to fill it in.

Pull em'. Have you read the background of the company who makes roundup? Watch Food Inc. and you'll never buy roundup again.

Old motor oil works well. best to use it at night so the neighbors don't see you.

Ew! I wouldn't want any neighbor that did that! No wonder you sneak around!
