Just got an email and it looks like they are already lowering their prices since they arent getting the volume they expected.

$1.50 for Matinee and all day Wednesday and $2 all other days

this may take away some of cinemark's customers I dont know if this is a good thing or not!

That last time I went to Cinemark, about two months ago, you could tell they had completely given up on making any money on tickets. I walked into the place, cash in hand, and wandered around everywhere before I could find someone to take my money. The employees didn't seem the slightest bit bothered. I know all movie theaters make their money on the concessions but.... still....

WOWWW.........

but I never really went to that theater anyway? for me and my family or friends it was always Cielo Vista or Hubener Oaks, until they opened Silverado... but we sometimes went to that theater. did it even get that much business? i remember it being really hidden, it wasn't even on the Interstate you had to turn through a neighborhood or something to get to it
