I just signed up for the TW "MyServices", my bandwidth usage as stated by them seems pretty fair/accurate. For the past 3 months as my wife and I have been on vacation our usage was about 100 GB per month. However, we did have a spike in July to just over 200 GB and are up to 87 GB already this month. This feels about right as July and August have been the months were we have been home the most. And, as we have both started working already, our usage will level out a bit.

That being said, I think it is a good idea to use a third party application to measure usage, however, I don't know how accurate those can be considering all the devices on wifi and/or wired connections.

Was that an introductory rate?

No, I've been with them since 2008. I called about 2 months ago and told them I was going to cancel if they didn't lower the bill and I guess that pricing was some promo they are having. My bill used to be around $125.00

Thanks. I used to do that yearly when I had Charter. I'm glad to hear U verse will do the same!

I live in 78260 and I had AT&T DSL but I received a letter that DSL was going to be going away and that I needed to change my Internet to AT&T Uverse. My house phone is also through AT&T but it is basic since my security system and gate entrance run through this. I got an introductory rate on the internet for 29.95 but it is $50 normally. We got the best/fastest offered in the area. There is one faster but not available in our area/san antonio. there are also cheaper connections. The phone part is only $25 I beleive. The price of the internet had nothing to do with the phone so don't look at this as a bundle price.

Also, I have Directv and I am not sure what a basic package there costs since we subscribe to the NFL ticket, Baseball package and sometimes hockey.
