Hello,

Has anyone seen the new subdivision being built in Converse off of FM1516 and I0 called Key Largo? I believe the homes are being built by New Leaf. The subdivision is supposed to be new but I also have seen online that they have homes by a builder called Stellar Homes. What do you guys think of the area? Moving to SA soon and want to live in that area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Luna

I know this is an old thread, but I am curious about this subdivision as well. The Stellar Homes houses we've looked at are absolutely gorgeous. My wife and I are both relatively impulsive and obsessive though, and are looking at this area with blinders now. I have moved out here first as advanced party, and I am working on Ft Sam. We have two children (8 and 2) and I'm overwhelmed by all the areas to consider. Again though The Stellar Homes blew us away. Any info/advice is welcome!
