I need some recommendations. I work for my family's small business and unfortunately, none of us are very computer savvy. Over the years we have had several independent computer repair people come and help us out... sometimes they fix our problem, sometimes they don't. We've been using a gentleman for about 2 years now and he has gone into a different business and didn't leave us with any contacts.
We're looking for a small and dependable service. We usually need someone 3-4 times a year... but we would like to form a relationship so that they can be familiar with our system... I believe we would like to go with a company vs. an individual bc, honestly, I am just sick of the turn over. At least if a tech leaves the company he will have (hopefully) left notes for his predecessors.
And I need someone STAT. We have been w/out internet since Friday. AT&T said it was a modem problem... they sent a new modem along with a repair technition... who said it WASN"T a modem problem.
It was a network problem... whatever that means.
The AT&T guy suggested Computer Geeks... I think he meant Computer Nerdz. Should I just call them? Or does anyone have any recs??
