I know not the best apartments in town but it is what it is. Can anyone give me a recent review of them. The apts across the street look fairly new but I think its mostly student living. Thank you, I appreciate your help.

I have a friend living there at the moment and from that I can say its cheap, and... well just about that. Along with boards squeaking, minor leaks, and a semi-bedbug problem (they disappeared within 4 months) its honestly not too bad. It all just depends on what room you happen to get.
