From reading this you would think that cops are machines out to get us all.

They're people folks, who work a job, that happens to include being involved in contacts with a wide variety of people.

On that same note, they exercise judgment. I don't think many cops would pull you over for driving in the far left lane in heavy rush hour traffic when no one on the road is going over 40 mph.

Sure, they are human (or people as you put it). I don't disagree. Slap the badge on, a few of them forget this and will pull you over for just about anything including driving in the left lane when the situation calls for it.

Why? Because they can. "Probable cause" can mean anything.

I am sure some of the posters are going to flame me for what I just typed but anyone here that says otherwise is full of it.

It isn't rocket science, just don't obstruct people in the left lane and you should be fine.

Right, anyone who disagrees with you is "full of it!"

If driving in the left lane when not passing is against the law, why do you have such an issue with the police enforcing it?

It isn't "probable cause," it is breaking the law and that is what we pay the police to do, enforce the laws!

Of course, your mindset is common amongst those who constantly blame others for their own discretions!

Eh...go find someone else to bully and earn your points.

If you are so confident that most of us trust the SAPD to do their job, do another CD poll.
