OMG!!! How crazy is that! We went out to the San Marcos outlet and raided the Gymbo outlet. I guess this will save me a bit on gas...hmmm...not sure which is going to be less pricey.

Yeah I saw it was open later after making that post! But my fussy toddler only tolerated going to Coldwater Creek and then it was home. We'll have to hit it another day! Besides, I only really shop there during Gymbuck time!

When I went to the builder's site it looks like it is going to be huge! Looks like maybe the size of the Forum?

I saw that there is a Claire's opening there too. I am going to wait as long as possible before telling my girls about that one. LOL

its a huge boutique/chain outdoor shopping center. Strictly chick magnet type stores. I don't think any of the other centers will compare.

I think they made it that way, so when the men come golf at TPC (the new PGA golf course), the women can go shop there.

Default No Borders Bookstore at The Village at Stone Oak?

I was at the Borders in the Forum yesterday and asked one of the salespeople what she knew about a Borders going up at 281 and Stone Oak. She said that she'd heard about it awhile back but that plan had now been dropped. She said the only Borders going up in San Antonio she knew about was at La Cantera.

This salesperson was not a manager, so she may not be privy to the latest information; however her story makes me doubt whether there is going to be a bookstore in The Village at Stone Oak. That's unfortunate, because we need a good bookstore out this way!
