I've always wanted to go see them but I'm hoping to get some into from someone who has been before I buy tickets. I see there is general admission and reserved seating. I'm wondering if everyone stands on the dance floor or if you can actually dance? If you can dance will someone take your seat while you're gone? They start late and it's a good drive for us so if I'm going to go to all that trouble plus find a babysitter I want to make sure it's the experience I'm looking for. If anyone has any insight I'd sure appreciate it.

Forget about dancing.. everyone stands on it .. that is where General Admission is.. reserved seating is on the second floor.. if I recall correctly. I stopped going there because of the no dancing thing.

Thank you! That's exactly what I was afraid of. I don't think it would be worth the time and money if I can't dance

I agree with you ddee if you can't dance what's the use of going. I will say though many years ago I used to go to the KBUC Grand Ole Opry at the Municiple auditorium, you couldn't dance there but for a dollar or two you could go and see the biggest names in country music. Singers like Ray Price, Charley Pride, Earnest Tubb, Hank Thompson and another plus the beer vendor's would walk the aisles with there buckets of longnecks and weren't too concerned about checking ID's. Those were fun times.

I have been to concerts there and do the reserved seating. It is great to have a seat where you can see the bands. There is a dance floor up stairs that I see people dancing on during the acts. Downstairs main dance floor is the general admission area that everyone is always standing so no dancing is there.

I don't think the cost of tickets is really bad. I think I have paid $20 for the reserved seating so to me that isn't a bad price just to check it out for reference. And your reserved seat is yours. No one can take it.
