All,
My orders have just about come through, and it looks like I will need an apartment for about three months until school wraps up for my kids in California.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a short term studio/1 bed room rental inthe Ft. Sam Houston area that is safe, quite, and has central AC?

Thanks,
Alan

You might be able to find a 6 month lease, a 3 month will be difficult. The easiest way is to drive around and look for a private LL rental. Most private LL will have a sign on a rental. You may not have the ability to drive around and it's a crap shoot to find one if your limited on time. Check with the housing office on Ft. Sam to see what they have.

Villas at oakwell farms, and Cenizo Flats offer corporate apartments, which I think is what you are looking for.
