Hey, I have managed to procure our tickets this morning thru the George Strait Fanclub Presale event...but for those interested in getting tickets, I HIGHLY recommend you listen to Y-100 on Thursday morning around 8-8:30am for your chance at tickets! They will go on "sale" thru Ticketmaster on Sat morning, and if there is ANYTHING left at all for SA it will be a miracle...because even with the "fan club" presales, the BEST option tonite is the Plaza level.

This man is SA's very own legend...and he will be sold out for sure, so try as best you can to score some of the Thursday tickets from Y-100 vs missing out on the "Cowboy Rides Away" tour at the Alamodome on 1 June, 2013.

Just want to help those who don't want to miss out on this last of a lifetime opportunity..scored GREAT floor seats...so worth being a Fanclub member!

Not my cup of tea, but I'll gladly listen on Thursday and try to win tix. I'll then give them to someone who really wants to go. Probably one of you.

Yeah...I am taking that is a "resale" venue because to be 19 rows back from the stage we paid $150 per person (plus all those crazy add on "taxes and surcharges")...that is OK...KING GEORGE is SOOOOOO worth it!

I have the presale info and the link is saying there are no tickets available, and I chose any price, any seats. And of course I can't access it from my work computer so this is all via my phone. Grrr.

Stubhub is a major ticket resale site. You can find just about anything there -- at a price.

Thanks for the info...but to be 19 rows from the stage for the price of the ticket PLUS the $25 I spent to become a GS fanclub member when I hear about his "final tour" lineup....WAY worth it! I suppose that I COULD be held ransom for either George or Kenny, but other than those two...I would take a pass. To ME...either is WORTH the $$$$.

I'm still in awe that they sold out 72,000 tickets in six minutes. That's 200 tickets per second!
