Desperate plea for a year round swim team for my 10 year old (San Antonio: neighborhood)

My daughter is 10 and an avid swimmer. Swimming is her preferred sport. Since we moved to SA in July 2012, we have not been able to secure a spot on a year round swim team. All teams are full. I've contacted San Antonio Wave, Quad A, JCC, and Spectrum. Teams are full and none expect to have any openings when they resume at the end of summer. I have an opportunity to register my daughter for a swim prep class at the JCC, but the class is open to members first and is expected to fill. I can join the JCC ($79 monthly for 12 months) to guarantee her a spot on the swim prep class, but no guarantee of an opening on the swim team- doesn't seem like a good plan. We'll probably end up on the wait list again if don't join. I really want my daughter to have the team experience. I want to encourage her love of the sport before she hits those teen years. And more importantly, SHE desperately wants to be part of a team.

Are there any local swim teams that I am unaware of? Did I miss any?

Yes, we will be swimming on the neighborhood swim team, but that only lasts a few weeks. We're looking for long term, year round swimming. Thanks.

AAAA has openings. I have kids at both the 410 and 1604 pools.

There's a team that practices at UIW (unaffiliated with the school they just use the facilities), but I am not sure of their name.
