I'm looking for a reliable veterinarian who's honest and has the animals' best interest at heart, not the money.

I have two jack russells, one of which is special needs and therefore needs a special doctor.

Any recommendations are helpful and appreciated! Also, if you know of someone who's not in Stone Oaks but nearby, please let me know.

Thanks everyone!

was very happy with the Cibolo vet clinic near Johnson High School, although they are pricey. Avoid the ones along Stone Oak Parkway.

I've been using Dr Sarah Miller at Family Pet Hospital on Stone Oak @ Knights Cross for about 2 years now, my dog has an immune disorder and the vet we had been seeing refused to help us and referred us to a specialist which was going to take a month for us to be seen and I couldn't wait for that and wasn't really interested in the cost associated with seeing a specialist. We got in the next day at Family Pet Hospital and my dog is now 100% back to normal. It hasn't been cheap but they never forced anything unnecessary and my dogs comfort is worth it.

You sound like a great dog parent..good luck!

My fiances family used Stone Oak vet on Stone Oak and knights cross for 15 years before their dog passed. They had nothing but great things to say.

I have heard wonderful things about Bulverde Creek Animal Hospital (Evans @ Bulverde Rd) (is/was The Dog Dude on KISS 99.5)
