If it gets past the HDRC and Conservation Society, it'll be a nice addition to the skyline:

HDRC, yes. Conservation Society, no. They have no influence or power with regards to things of this nature. None at all.

Looks silly, no place to park, no place to build a garage, and traffic all ready backs up at that intersection with out a huge hotel there. I don't think its going to happen

Glad it is not another “beige” building going up but I am sure the “local” folks with power will shoot it down because it is too progressive for San Antonio.

There's two parking garages attached to Rivercenter. One just a stones throw from Joske's.

Do you think that garage can handle parking for the mall, city and "a few hundred hotel rooms"
