Anyone know when the Gold's Gym at 151/Potranco opens? Does anyone know what a memberships costs?

The restaurant at Ingram and 151 is called Grand Tequila Restaurant and Cantina. I talked to one of the workers and he sadi they are looking at a December opening. The artist rendering looks pretty cool.
