A new data center sure will not help the traffic situation but it could have been another service center that employees 1000+ which would have really made traffic worse.

Just saw today finishing my banking at SSFCU that there is a new Blimpie Sandwich shop going in near the Wing Stop in front of the Home Depot in that little strip mall area that has the Chinese food place along the Culebra access road off of 151. (Sorry I have NO idea what the strip mall is called, but near the Peter Piper Pizza place!)
Of all the different "sub" places, Blimpies is the BEST IMHO! It is often the "what's for dinner" when we are returning from a flight into SA as we hit it right outside the SW terminals at the airport!

A data center of this size (75K sq ft) is not going to house many full time employees. I say, bring on the Data Centers. Just don't put it so freaking close to my backyard that I can't see my trees anymore. LOL.
