They've been turning dirt on the northside of the road for a couple of weeks and now they've erected a temporary fence so we can't see in. Anyone have an idea what they're building?

You understand that that pawn store isn't anywhere close to the location OP is talking about and it (the pawn store) isn't even located in Stone Oak. Not to mention Plano has pawn shops, hell, Beverly Hills has muliple pawn stores.
