By the way, there is no such a thing as a "car lane". Bicycles and motorcycles have every right to the roads as cars do.
There is no arguing that bicycles & motorcycles have every right to
the roads as cars.

But add to that...
Bicyclist also have the responsibility to obey the traffic laws.

Most bicyclist I see do not stop at the red signal lights.

Bexar County proclaims Blanco Road open
Blanco Road is no longer a two-lane street, but a four-lane highway with bicycle lanes and sidewalks to boot.

BY JEORGE ZARAZUA : NOVEMBER 18, 2010

So what is the rule if there is a dedicated bike lane. Bicyclists can ride in that and the car lane at the same time?
Not even going to go there concerning the amount of riders. The is no shortage of teams bicycling on Blanco.

Call the police dept and see when their next auction will be held. I guess they still hold them. You could pick up bikes not to mention all other sorts of things for pennies on the dollar.

I also recommend Craigslist, but I include the Austin Craigslist in my searches, because it is a much larger bicycle market. If you're willing to make the drive, you'll most certainly find the bike you're looking for.
