Yeah ok, sent email to a college in San Antonio that offers a continuing education course. Also sent a PM to elnina.

I work in the legal filed and I use Geotext.com for my translations. They are located in New York but everything is done via email.

^^^ I think they need a person physically to be there. No one will use computer program during an interview.

Yeah this is for the interview at the USCIS field office, so it is an interpreting service that is needed, not translation.

Oh, sorry. The original poster discussed having birth certificates and documents translated for submission to consulate.
