How is a Front Engine, RWD Ford V8 powered car car trying to be like a Porsche(rear engine, RWD, Inline 6) Is it because they are both two door, two seat convertibles?

Car buyers beware! There seems to be a barrage of vehicles without functioning blinkers flooding the market and making their way onto SA streets. "No blinkers for you?" That's ok, you still have your hands. Win!!

I was stopped at a red light in S.A. behind a pick-up truck. Sitting next to the driver in the cab like it was his girlfriend was a calf (as in baby cow). I would have taken a pic but this was before cell phones.
