oh of course, I am glad SA annexes everything- just like you said, do it the Houston way, not the Dallas way

You never know maybe cause of all the headaces of the annex process, the enviromental safety, and all the already overgrown nortside some city planners might see the treasures the deep southside has. At first it might start slow but "monkey see monkey do" when other devlopers see the devlopers on the southside making big bucks then they will come and more with dat sort of like the transplants who move here they hear about someone move here, hear about the good qualities and make their move. anyways my point is right now is the slow start with the attention of the tyota plant and the new college give it a few years by 2020 1604 might even be filled up.
