We bought our Jacuzzi (brand name) at spa crafters about 8 years ago. No issues with them at all on our end and when we have needed service when it was under warranty or not everything would be repaired no issues.

I have zero experience with hot tubs, but Costco sells them. I adore Costco and their service so if I was in the market, I would look there first.

We bought ours 4 months ago at Family Leisure and are happy. We used the electrician they recommended to install the 220 outlet needed and FL installed and set up the tub. Very nice folks
