Tell me what it said inside, i.e., registration name, located near corner of UTSA Blvd and the McDermott Freeway (Interstate Highway 10). Where were you and what were you doing?

For the owner, it's an abstraction only you will know. For others, it keeps a $125 gem appropriately out of your pocket. Willing to return to rightful owner, not willing to leave on a counter where the most recent clerk can say, 'it's mine now,' and pocket it without a conscience.

It's a long shot, but so was identifying it and retrieving it where it was located - VERY strong magnet!!
