San Antonio No. 1 food truck city - Food Flashes

My question is this; is there a place where most of them meet collectively so people can walk around and sample the various trucks?

One of my meetup groups is having a meetup at Boardwalk on Bulverde this Sat. :-) We will be trying the others in the future.

I do have to say though that I find it hard to believe that SA beat out Austin when it comes to food trucks!

Maybe some of the major fast food chains could open up food trucks. Serving a limited menu of their normal items. What do you think?

"Food trucks". Am I the only person who doesn't understand the fascination with these? To me, it's just a truck where they serve food. Very unpleasant. It's like an unpleasant, outdoor version of a food court.

You seem to be stuck in an old preconception. Food trucks today, often times, serve gourmet food and the price usually reflects that. Not all food trucks serve gourmet food or pricey food but a lot do, esp the new trucks that are coming out and have come out in the last 4-5 years.

Also, it's like saying "this internet, I just understand the fascination with it." Get with the times!
