I don't want to rain on your parade and hopefully I'm wrong but my understanding is that if you want GOOD tamales on Christmas you have to have ordered them already or have a tia/abuela that makes them.

I didn't order tamales...don't have a tia/abuela...
what else can go wrong....might as well be...never mind...it is...!



....I was told that Tellez Tamales on Bandera Rd. sell good tasting tamales.
But they won't open 'til early Jan. 2014.
