I live in the 151/Hunt Lane area (Westover Hills side).

Like if city water they shut off because of a main that broke. After a freeze often the breaks become apparent.

You have my sympathy. Have had lots of plumbing problems. Just last week, the outside faucet (and the Y connector also) broke when it got below 15° overnight.
