My dad (currently in the hospital) is on a no sodium diet due to cirrhosis. I am looking for someone to cook him and his wife meals everyday of the week for at least the next 6 weeks. They live in Helotes. I looked on yelp and google and thought I'd ask here as well. Please let me know your recommendations. THANK YOU!

Tim the Girl Tim The Girl though I'm not sure where she travels. She can point you to a colleague if she can't do it.

You might check Outlaw Kitchen - Outlaw Home Page too. It looks like they have a new location opening soon.

There are also a variety of specialized prepared food places that have popped up lately (my fit foods, zedrics, sa fresh) in addition to the prepared foods sections at Central market and whole foods. Of course, they will have food with sodium too, but you can ask.

Some of those places might make a large batch of sodium free as a special order, that you could divide and freeze. That would probably save you some time and money.

Just a thought, but My Fit Food at the Quarry might work for you and be cheaper....of course, you would have to go and pick up, but it might help by being WAY cheaper! https://www.myfitfoods.com/ourstory/
