That I belive is a medical building (not the hospital as it is further away back from 151).

that's great news on Papa Murphy's. I like having control over how my pizza is cooked and sliced. the chains usually cook it too much or too little and their slicing is pretty much a waste of time.. Plus you can pick up the pizza early and cook it much later.
outstanding

Does anyone know what is going to be across the street from the Super Wal-Mart at 1604 & Potranco? At the light I see they have cleared out an area and looks like a strip mall is going up but was wondering if anyone knows what will be at that corner. The area is growing so fast, I'm excited about all the development, but not looking forward to all the traffic that comes along with it.

Here are some of the links I dug up about Potranco and 1604. But the Madison Market link that 940 posted from loopnet a while ago no longer works for non-members. By the way, I noticed that the building under construction by HEB plus had a "Panda Express" banner up today. I thought it was going to be the wash tub, but I'm glad it's not.

Try this link for Madison's Market. What I did see planned over two phases included a Wachovia Bank, a Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union location, an eventual hotel, Payless Shoes, a T-Mobile store and of course everyone's favorite...another nail salon!! Far west/northwest San Antonio women should have the nicest manicures/pedicures in the state!

Don't forget two more banks! That's 5 banks within a couple of blocks.

Sorry, but Converse is on the East side of San Antonio. Potranco and 1604 is on the far West side of SA. You might want to create a separate thread about Converse.

I see a sign that says "POST OFFICE" in front of the Shell station at the corner of Military W and 1604. Are we getting a post office inside the Shell station?

Isn't that the shell at BRAUN/1604? Because there's one there for sure.
