BAD spot for the TJ's though. Blanco light already chokes westbound access traffic back to and onto 1604 during peak traffic. 1604 off ramp and on ramp both almost in front of the TJ location, people trying to get on or off are blocking each other... it's going to get uglier than it already is on that stretch.

Where exactly is the TJ's gonna be located?

On Sonterra Place. It's a street that starts on Stone Oak Parkway, and curves around Cornerstone church, as well as a few businesses (Franklin Park, Chama Gaucha). The TJ's, as well as other tenants in a SC will be right up at 1604, nestled between Palenque Grill and the Alzafar Shrine.

as rattle axis stated, however, there is traffic backup from there to the intersection at times.

Okay. So will there be dual entrances from the 1604 access road & Sonterra Place? Sonterra Place doesn't have a light at its intersection with Stone Oak Parkway. That's gonna be tough.

Excited about the new TJ's (with Whole Foods and TJ's within 10 minutes, no more need to go to Alamo Heights!). But I totally agree with you on the traffic situation. Stone Oak Pkwy is already a mess.

Hope they make a bigger parking lot this time for the sake of all the large SUVs out there.
