I've just built a patio for myself and wanted to know if anyone can tell me how much per sq ft the cost would be to build a simple wood patio cover attached to the house. I'd like the roof to have shingles as well. Any ideas??

P.S. I'm looking for pricing from an individual not from a big company.

Thanks!!

Depending on the size, pitch and type of materials, around $1000.00 total !!

My patio with and additional concrete addon cost $8000. I got quotes from four different companies and the highest was $12000. They did go into my roof so that it looked like the new cover was built with the house. The finished product ended up great.

If you are referencing my comment I used Fine Patio Design. Finished product is still fabulous.

We did the same thing with our 320 sq ft patio and it ran us about $6500 but we already had the concrete slab

I already had the concrete that the patio covered but I had additional concrete added that the table and chairs are on.

Recently just had the original cedar patio that the hot tub sat on replaced with concrete that now the new hot tub now sits on.

Also done by the same company?

They did an estimate for my 302 square feet one for over 10 grant. Not sure why.

Was it the same company doing the patio cover for you for $6500? Fine Art Patio?
