My husband and I are looking to buy our first home. We know that we have some credit issues, although our credit scores are high enough to qualify for an FHA loan. We would like some recommendations for Mortgage Brokers who can help guide us to get to the right position to qualify for a loan. Any recommendations?

Not trying to hijack the thread or offend any mods, but congratulations on being chosen one of the
top five area realtors by SA Business Journal. That's impressive for a relative newcomer
(compared to others on that list). I'm not surprised, you're a pretty good guy yourself.
