Trying to plan ahead for the arrival of our little one this fall. I work full time from home and would love a part-time nanny or nanny share situation for the first year or so. After a year or two, we'll probably make the transition to a school, e.g. Primrose -- but a live-in situation is preferred for year one.

We're on the north side (up I-10). If anyone has experience with an agency or a responsible individual who is looking for this kind of work, please share. Thanks!

We used care.com after recommendations from a few friends.

No problem! We've been happy with it. I think it does make the prescreening process a little easier.
