Spray paint cage?

I have never seen that anywhere in Atlanta, HQ of home depot... Is SA full of paint sniffers or taggers?

Paint sniffers? Not sure

Taggers... Oh yes!! No shortage of those (like any other large city). It's a shame too.

It is state law.

I think it's a city ordinance , rynetwo. I can buy spray paint without an act of Congress in Dallas. They're not locked up here.

I guess I just don't see what many see in H-E-B, it's overrated and I haven't been seeing these great prices everyone talks about. I do like H-E-B Plus, particularly the Boerne store. Other than that I wish we had more competition around here, monopolies suck.

Doing further research it's seams a lot of city's have the ordnance Phoenix, Denver, New York City, and Chicago banned the sale of spray paint all together. I'm not sure how effective this tactic is.

Banned! Wow. That's crazy.

Some school districts have even banned 'gang colors' whatever they are.
Cops confiscate your money if they think you are carrying too much.
Any symbol, speech, or behavior is scrutinized in the context of offending someone or supporting something not PC.

Everyone's freedoms take a hit when you pass more and more laws and regulations to pile onto the normal charges that criminals face when caught.

It is even against the law in most states to have any hidden compartments in your car. Mine came with one as factory standard. I'm sure that's another great charge to add when a drug lord is arrested.

OH, how I miss Kroger. I keep sending them letters to move back to SA, but nothing yet. HEB is too big here. The only thing they offer is "buy this, get this free" type coupons in store for random items each week along with a meal deal (you buy the main entree, you get sides/dessert/drink free) and they run a promo for gas during summer and around christmas time for I think 10c off, but you have to purchase a gift card (which is a pain if you don't have it on hand when you need gas).

I do love Sprout's and it's best to go on double ad Wednesday to get more available deals on produce.
