I just need a 2 month stay. The first place that I called me $109/night!!!! Outrageous. That's over $3,000/month. Aren't there any more affordable month to month places out there?

Tara Vista near 410/151 does monthly rentals. A one bedroom with a year lease was like 750/800 so I'm sure that it may be pretty pricey.

I'd like to spend no more than that. Probably less. I don't care if it's an efficiency or what have you. I'll be working 9-12 hour days and really don't care about luxury. My sister and brother in law usually let me stay with them, but I don't like to impose.

Have you tried air bnb? I know some in my neighborhood who have rentals for longer term,giving a monthly rate around $7-800 rather than a nightly rate.

Warren Properties rents month to month as well, just avoid Warren Inn & House, they have other complexes that are less scuzzy
