Call 211. They will have a list of agencies who may be able to help.

COntact your councilperson's office. Some have backpack giveaway events in August. I know D1 has them most Saturdays of August. There was just a big event at the Freeman but that was last week I think.

For uniforms - contact your school. AT our school, the nurse keeps a stock to pass on to kids who need them. We also have a FB page where parents pass on uniforms, so I'd also check with whatever community organization your school has, such as the PTA (tho our PTA does not organize this, it's more casual)

TCortez, please try not to feel badly...I'm sure most of us at one point or another through our lives could use/have used a bit of help and a "leg up" to get us "back into the saddle" again.

I did a quick google search, and found this link. It lists about 12-14 various agencies, clothes "closets" and other groups who have donated/gently used uniforms and school supplies.

To save some time, I'd look at the list, and give the various places a call to see what they have in stock before driving around town.

Bexar County free clothing closets | San Antonio

Hopefully, this should help.

If not, DM me, and I'll see what else I can find to help you with.

OK?
Good luck!!!

Dandiday
