Having RTKL design Monterrey Village, should make for something interesting.

It took me 25 minutes to get from culebra and 1604, to bandera and Guilbeau. 1604 is bumper to bumper on the weekends, in some areas. It's only going to get worse.

They have been trying to sale this land for MANY years and I remember the cows grazing there near Potranco and 151. Well, I guess it's finally going to happen as the the cows have gone home. Thanks Insomniac.

Sweet, finally something happening inside 1604!

On a side note, sure seems like a dumb move not putting a real interchange at 410/151, but then, SA seems to lead the nation in non-sensical interchanges. . .

Plans are to eventually build a multi-level interchange at 410 and 151. Though when, is anyone's guess.
