I'll make this even easier.

Here's the rundown:

OP made a claim about a rendering in a SABJ article that featured there story townhouses, unlike anywhere outside the urban core.

I then respond with a link to that SABJ article, which shows now rendering of three story town homes.

OP then responds that the renderings are in the OP link.

I then say there's no renderings in said link.
How amazingly pedantic, I never said that there are renderings, which btw are of a similar community in Houston, that show three story townhomes, just that the renderings show dense housing that is not found in Lincoln Heights which is what you claimed. Again instead of actually backing up your claim, which you can't, you delve into semantics which again prove you wrong.

Lincoln Heights is fairly tight. There is no room for growth; although drive down Sunset and look at all the new construction that is going on.. Armoire and Accents didn't sell out, but all the property around them did sell out an I mean literally all around them... There's something HUGE going up to their left, behind them and to their right. Also a huge retirement community is going up across the street and the developer has been working for years buying up the properties. This is prime real estate; 78209. There really isn't anymore room for growth.. Drive on Sunset and drive up Evergreen St. This huge project is going up all around two properties that wouldn't sell. it looks odd because you have major construction going up and it goes around these two small 2 or 3 bedroom ranch style houses....

It's pedantic that you can't write a sentence correctly?

You're almost too comical to deal with. The Alamo Heights, 78209 bubble you live in is warping your mind

Well since no answers are forth coming on the imaginary Lincoln heights townhomes, let's get back to the topic at hand. I noticed this evening that site work has begun, as well as the bill board advertising the community has been erected.

I think the entire project is a plus for the area.

Harry Wurzbach was an eyesore and an embarrassment to our city for anyone traveling to Ft. Sam for duty or a funeral.

Phil Bakke has done a great service to revitalize this area.

Is this development still in the "discussion" phase? Or have they started on it? Just curious. I do feel for the homeowners around that area. There are some townhomes on Eisenhauer, built back in 2005 (?). Wow...they are kind of eyesores now. Selling for maybe $125,000. Should be interesting to see what happens here.

Site work has begun, you can see where they are putting in streets. I don't see why you would call those newer duplexes eyesores. They aren't luxury housing, but they seem to be kept up nicely. Also a friend from elementary school dad just sold their home in northwood ( neisd btw) for 500k, looks like 300k won't be an issue.

There are a few families in Oakwell Farms that pay for their kids to go to the Alamo Heights school district, or they send their kids to the privates in the 78209 area crowd favorites (St Lukes, St Mary's Hall, San Antonio Academy etc)
